Pursuant to the latest amendments in the Ordinance No 15 of 5 May 2004 for the registries kept by FSC and the circumstances subject to registration, some new registries are provided and new circumstance for which information shall be entered into.
Thus the credit rating agencies and health insurance companies registries fall away while new registries for national investment funds and the persons managing alternative investment funds were created.
All persons under the supervision of FSC should report information about the newly required circumstances subject to entry into the registries and which are existing as of the date of the introduced amendments until 1 November 2014.
Such new requirements include information about the address for correspondence, which may differ form the registered address and the addresses of all offices, if any, of the supervised person.
